1. What this is
Listing videos turns photos you already have into short videos for social media: an AI walkthrough that animates each photo into a moving shot. You need an account to use it.
2. Your photos
You keep every right you had over your photos — we claim none. By uploading them you confirm you are allowed to use them. Your photos are sent to our AI provider to be animated, and are deleted from our storage once the video is finished. They are not sold, published, or used to train anything.
3. Credits
One credit animates one photo. Credits do not expire. If a video fails, the credits it used are returned automatically. Credits are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash.
4. What the AI produces — read this one
AI-generated video can differ from the property it was made from. It may add, remove or distort details that are not in your photo. You are responsible for reviewing every video before you publish it, and for complying with the advertising rules of your MLS, brokerage and jurisdiction. We do not warrant that a generated video is an accurate depiction of any property.
5. Subscription and billing
The subscription removes the watermark and renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not part of the subscription.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date below.
